As we approach the 4th game of our 2009 season, who will be coming out on top is still up in the air. Game one Disorderly Conduct Vs Las Muertas was a close game. The underdog Las Muertas put up a good fight and came out on top. High on the win of the season opener did not prove helpful as Game 2 unfolded and the MobStars spanked Las Muertas, showing everyone why they were the undefeated champions of the 2008 season! Game 3 brought us the new girls to the league Kung Pow Kitties pitted against the MobStars. The Kitties came out scratching but were no match for the MobStars.
Now that we are all caught up, Game 4 in my opinion holds the possibility to be a high impact game full of supreme plays. In one corner you have Disorderly Conduct which is lead by Captain Blackcat a two year vet who has great speed and one of the best booty blocks in the league. Rad Racer, co-captain of DC….well her name says it all! With jammers like Queen Bitch and Dolly B. Rotten who not only skate fast but also hit just as hard will make it hard for the Kitties to scratch their way out of the litter box. However with the experience the Kitties have after skating against the gun totting MobStars I think they learned a few tricks! League founder and vet skater Dick Tater leads the Kung Pow Kitties! She fly's around the rink, as long as she can stay in bounds the score will be a close one. I will be keeping my eye on a few Kitties this game, some of the new girls are showing some serious skill and are willing to claw their way to the top if need be. Jane Doe is proving to not only be a great skater but a hard hitter as well. After watching Irish CreamHer take a swing at MobStar skater Alligator Allie I would think twice about crossing her. With the solid hits that I know Mini Me and Sugar N Spikes can dole out. I think that this will be a good game with lots of action!
